All receipts in one place
Invoices, till receipts, receipts: with belegbuddy, all your receipts end up in one place. In the next two minutes you will see how to upload receipts and what happens automatically afterwards.
Four ways into the receipt box
You have four options. First: by email. Every receipt box has its own address. Simply forward invoices there. Second: by photo, directly with your phone’s camera. Third: by drag and drop. Drag files or entire folders into the receipt box. And fourth: by WhatsApp. Simply send a photo to belegbuddy.
Into the receipt box
Whichever way you choose, the receipt lands in your receipt box. PDF files and images are allowed. Very small files, such as logos from email signatures, are sorted out automatically.
The AI reads the receipt
Now artificial intelligence takes over. It reads the supplier, date, total amount and the VAT per tax rate, recognises the VAT ID and the country of origin, and suggests a suitable category. If there is a payment QR code on the receipt, it is read as well.
Incoming or outgoing invoice?
belegbuddy also recognises whether it is an incoming invoice, i.e. an expense, or an outgoing invoice that you issued yourself.
VAT ID check and business partners
The VAT ID is checked with the EU, and the business partner is created automatically if you wish. With the next receipt from the same supplier, belegbuddy already knows what to do.
The booking suggestion
This results in a booking suggestion: net amount and input VAT, neatly split into your categories. For invoices from abroad, the amount is treated correctly.
Check, confirm, export
You just take a quick look, correct if necessary, and confirm. You then find all bookings in your lists – by year, category or business partner – and can export them at any time.
